Isle of Capri in Lula, Mississippi is approximately 30 miles south of the Tunica
casinos. The resort is located next to the Mississippi River on US Highway 49. The town of Helena
- West Helena is across the bridge in Arkansas.
OWNERSHIP
The Isle is owned by Isle of Capri Casino, Inc., which is based in St Louis and operates over a dozen casinos, mostly in the midwest and south. The company's
other Mississippi properties are in Biloxi and Natchez.
There are two hotels: the Coral Reef Hotel and the Palm Terrace Hotel. The nearly 500 rooms and suites are decorated with a tropical theme
(similar to other Isle properties), and are equipped with
flat screen televisions, hair dryers, coffee makers, and other amenities. The resort has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, two fitness centers and an
outdoor hot tub.
RV Parking - 28 spaces with full 50 amp hookups.
Calypso's Buffet - Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Specials include weekend seafood buffets, prime rib buffets, etc.
Farradday's Restaurant - Fine dining. Menu includes seafood, meats and poultry, etc.
Most entrees fall into the $18-30 price range.
Tradewinds Marketplace - Snack bar with sandwiches, hot dogs,
burgers, salads, nachos, and more.
